STEPHEN E. Steve also specializes in trust and estate litigation, where he represents trust and estate beneficiaries and fiduciaries (including executors, trustees and administrators) in will contests, contested accountings, kinship proceedings, spousal rights cases, turnover proceedings and similar disputes.
While Steve is a creative and aggressive attorney, his clients appreciate how much he care about them and how he takes a personal interest he takes in their cases. Steve never shies away from a challenge and typically works late into the night and on weekends to ensure his clients have the best chance for successful outcomes.
Steve's accomplishments have been noted by the Long Island Business News, which named Steve one Long Island's 40 Rising Stars Under 40. Steve also served for more than six years as a member the Nassau County Board of Ethics. In his personal life, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is also a fitness fanatic, hobbyist car mechanic and animal lover.
